First the price was not bad, considering I got free shipping with my order, it is a great deal compared to big box stores you would get furniture from locally. The delivery went smoothly, it arrived on a pallet packaged well and NONE of the pieces were broken thankfully. I have dealt with Meble before and their replacement part process is super easy, you just submit a form with the part and order number and they automatically send u the part you need. But I did not need anything extra for this entertainment center, nothing was broken. The instructions were pretty good, easy to understand, and the parts were all labeled which made it easy. As long as you have some experience, it is very straight forward. There is a video available to watch on assembling the middle TV stand but there is none for the towers. You really do not need a video if you are following the paper instructions though. The LED lights are by far the best part of this piece, it adds a modern touch. The bottom LED's are this diffused LED panel that sticks to the bottom of the cabinets, and then the glass shelves and dividers have an LED strip that clips onto it to make the glass give glowing effect. I really like it, the gloss white matches my home perfectly and the LED's make it unique. The one issue I have is that it a little short for my home, i am in the process of building some sort of shelves or something to put on top the towers because they look very short when standing next to them.
