Fabric isn't great
the firmness and comfort of this couch are INCREDIBLE. Its the most comfortable couch Ive ever sat on. However... it is NOT pet friendly. The pulls and snags were instant. They're both older and have never clawed any piece of furniture. This couch snags on anything, even my watch. Its horribly ugly now and Ive only had it a month.

Disappointing - don't buy
The zippers for the chaise covers and Back set covers are super cheap and weak. They break easily and don't come back together. I reached out to the company and no one replied my email. I will have to solve this problem alone. The is sofa was not cheap! I was expecting a better product and a better consume service as well.
