Re-sharpen before using this great machete.

This is a great Machete, good sturdy construction. The hand guard really helps prevent hand and knuckle injuries from stray branches. The blade is well designed for cutting with the wide kukri shape. What stopped me from giving it 5 stars is the edge grind was off set from the center causing the cut to deflect. After re sharpening the blade, I'm very pleased with my purchase.
