Great for Gastroparesis
I was diagnosed with gastroparesis in 2002 and I got really bad and 2O22 and had my gallbladder removed. Digestion is hard for me and malnutrition sets in quickly. I kept getting my hemoglobin tested for anemia, however, my B vitamin is low, almost everyone was low, especially niacin and folate. This makes me feel better than it doesn't give me indigestion like another B complex ofof that I took. Warning don't be alarmed. Your urine will turn yellow due to the riboflavin which is vitamin B2.
