[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After having taken the supplements for almost a couple weeks I feel as though my body is releasing more toxins than before, and I feel better every day. I have experienced an increase in energy throughout the day as well. It doesn't neutralize the acid in your stomach so you can digest your food as you should because it is delayed release and long lasting. I like the convenience of 1 capsule a day. It works, too, because my test strips are consistently showing a healthy pH now. This product is certainly the easiest way to maintain healthy alkalinity of tissues that I've found. There is nothing I dislike about it at all. The only recommendation I have for using this product is to drink a LOT of water because I was getting really thirsty. The product is vegan as well, which is definitely a huge factor for me, as many supplements use gelatin capsules
