Great stand for a cheap price

Don't let looks fool you, this thing may look flimsy but when you place your rifle in the cradle it is firm and steady . Like most of you I was wary of this but when I assembled it ( took 20 seconds ) and put my ak in it , it was solid.

Steady as a rock

Like others who bought the Hoppe's Cleaning Cradle , I was very worried that it was not strong enough. After putting it together and setting the rifle in the cradle, I was pleased to see how steady it held the rifle. Very strong and sturdy. It makes an excellent stand for cleaning and performing maintenance on my rifles and shotguns. It does not move or allow the rifle or shotgun to move while running patches or brush down the barrels. Nice to have a great product of quality without having to take out a loan to pay for it! Every shooter should have at least one in their arsenal!
