Great but would be better if thinner for men!

Was looking for an estim device to help with kegals, as I had cancer. I'm cancer free now but still need to do kegals to help with issues caused by radiation. This is a great device but a bit big for me (male), would love to see the same thing only a thinner model, which would be perfect. This would be great for a women who needs help with kegals but a bit thick for men.
