I was waiting on to buy a power rack but the rack that I want is out of order for almost 5 months now... frustrated I started looking into market place and craigslist.. after reading reviews on Walmart I decided to get this for an incredible price. Assembly took me around 2 hrs all by myself. Instructions are decent enough to follow. I have been using it predominantly for chest presses and squats... holds up pretty good but again I'm only doing 145lbs tops. I'm 5'7" and the squat support works good and holds well.

With this bench you can get a full body workout for an unbeatable price with great quality equipment. pros: - Able to receive a full body workout. - Comes with a squat rack, comes with safety so when you bench by yourself and working out alone you're protected, the bench reclines fully. - This is a quite well build bench, steady and sturdy. No flimsy or shaky parts. - Padding is as good as the expensive benches in a gym, firm and comfortable. - It was packaged nicely and neat. Well protected for transit and delivery wear and tear. -I've shopped around before purchasing and couldn't find a bench of this sort for a better price. Well worth the money! - Assembling the bench was a quick and easy process, the instructions well clear and easy to follow and I was able to Assemble the entire bench by myself. - There is no odd smell, and all the parts are well painted, smooth and straight. cons: I haven't found anything to complain about it yet and will give an update review after a few months of use to let you know how the equipment held up after some wear and tear.
