phone was putchase for my senior citizen mom to replace her NUU model phone which was sluggish and would freeze. I chose this phone due to the reviews and it was QLink compatible, which she is on. Phone over all function is great for her needs. The 4 star is because when it is on the charger it dings every couple seconds. My work around to the problem is plugging the phone then doing a restart and no dinging sound. suggestion to shipper add packing material in your shipping box to keep the phone from flopping around en route. I would recommend purchase of this phone.

Phone is nice and small, nice for a child. For it being a refurbished phone, the cosmetics of it was in good shape. The functional part for this particular phone that I had rec'd, wouldn't work my daily use. I did need a phone and it was a very reasonable price, but it just didn't work the way I needed it. I could purchase it again in the future as my daughter's first phone to utilize.
