Installation STEP 1: Please use safety stands under the vehicle or supports when you install gas struts. It is more easier and convenient if someone could help you open the hood or tailgate. STEP 2: Before removing the old gas struts, check the end connection and compare the extended length of your car Old one to make sure they are same. STEP 3: Put a small flat headed screw driver on the end of U shaped band of gas struts and remove it.
