Message sent to seller: I was asked from the shipping company when they called to confirm my delivery if I wanted to upgrade the services or if I wanted the pallet and I said YES, o wanted the pallet.. I told them I did not want the upgrade because I would be taking the chairs to my new house when I close and wanted them in the garage on a pallet to protect from any water damage due to being in Hurricane season. She assured me that they would deliver with the pallet. Today the chairs were delivered without the pallet, the delivery guy saw the note stating I wanted the pallet. He did not have a pallet in the truck to offer me so he called the warehouse. We both spoke to Kareen at the warehouse and she is stating that the boxes of chairs were delivered to THEM WITHOUT THE PALLET so they could not help me further. Who is going to deliver me the pallet ASAP to protect the boxes and chairs of any potential hurricane water damage???????, Emailed 3 times and still no answer from the vendor Kart It or Walmart.
