Here's the size info you need:

The material feels soft. Waistband is stretch, as well as the material. Seems like it would fit okay. Only problem is knowing what size to order. No where does it state what 0x or 1x etc. is, so here are the sizes: 0X is size 10, 1X is 11, 2X is 12, 3X is 13. I ordered wrong size and am returning them for that reason.
