It has deep 2" sides that reduce spillage and splatter when frying. Its double layer, ultra nonstick coating will last longer then your conventional non-stick cookware and is PFOA, lead, cadmium, and heavy metal free, making it safe and durable for daily use and incredibly easy to clean.
