vitamin C is an easy vitamin to take and everyone should I can attest to what it does in protecting you through flu season and common germs. I made the mistake of buying tablets last time and it was a terrible orange taste in my mouth every time I had to take my pill and I hated that lol. with these capsules there is no taste whatsoever and there's no side effects and you cannot overdose on it! so grab a bottle of these and get that vitamin C in you to keep your body in the best germ-fighting position.

I do take this vitamin but I do know that all vitamins are not regulated . Hopefully it is a good quality of this vitamin . I do wish these vitamin and others would get regulated bc so many people take vitamins. I fine this name brand has been better for me More than the others .so that is all I can say about something that is not regulated . Maybe Walmart can come up with a great regulated Vitamin brand . Plz someone look out for the people instead of the dollar .
