Wish I had bought sooner!

We gutted our kitchen and were having to eat out every day until we bought this griddle. We have cooked bacon and eggs, pancakes, French toast, hamburgers, sautéed veggies with shrimp, sliced sausage and more! If the griddle is level, the grease flows right into the drain pan. It is easy to clean. I also ordered the Blackstone spatula and scraper set.

Why did I wait so long?!

I can finally leave a review for this amazing grill!! Over the weekend, my family and I made our own Japanese Steak House meal. Fried rice, shrimp, chicken, steak and veggies. The Blackstone Griddle does it all! I seasoned my grill four times with oil only per the directions and then cooked a week later. Cleanup is very easy, leave the heat on high and use the scraper (kit sold separate) and it is good to go for the next round. The following morning, I also cooked breakfast and was just as impressed. Everyone that shared the experience wants one of these and raves about it to our other friends. I have only cooked two meals thus far, but I cannot see why there would be ANY bad reviews from an every day food griller. I caught this at the right time when it was on sale, so that makes everything so much better.

Awesome Grill

The grill can do it all. So far I have made tacos, burgers, bacon wrapped hot dogs, and Japanese fried rice. Breakfast items are next on my list. The grill is very portable. It breaks down and folds up very easily. I've been able to transport it in the trunk of my Nissan Versa. Note to everyone, watch the YouTube videos on how to properly season and clean your grill. Quick tip, I always clean the grill with only water when it's hot and I never use soap. I always spray it down with non-cook spray before I store it back in my garage.
