Ok spout.

Good quality spout. Needed a spout for an older whirlpool that was 10 inches long. Very hard to find. Problem is it leakes from the back of the spout while running water to fill the whirlpool. Tried many options to have it not leaking but nothing works. My husband is a pipe fitter and knows how to install things like this. Need a better design inside the spout to stop this issue.

Nothing but problems.

I bought this specialty tub faucet and its been nothing but problems. The first one had a defect, so the water came out funny. Then the install directions left us with a 1/4" gap between the wall and the back of the spout. I called Delta and was sent a flange, which was way too small. This was an expensive product. One would think it would install and perform like butter. Not so. Giving this product one star due to the cost, the unattractive water marks on the finish and the frustrating install discrepancies. ughhhh
