Good for short term use
An unfortunate Christmas purchase for our Grandson. Good product while it worked, which was less than 4 months. There is only a 30 to 90 day warranty from Walmart on electronics, and after that you have to go to the manufacturer ( good luck). I would not recommend purchasing this item.

Frustrating
I bought this to use in our vehicle. It kept turning off even though it was plugged in to the 12 volt plug. It was very frustrating and disappointing for our kids. Ended up returning these. My sister bought these as well and she encountered the same issue of the sustem turning off all the time. She happens to have a normal wall outlet type plug in her van and that seems to work.

This has been a great product to have for long drives or to take to public places or even for quite time at home. Getting 2 for the price of one has allowed my kids to enjoy them without fighting. It has a great picture and sounds great. A very worthy purchase.
