If you're working alone, this is the hand truck for you! The ability to fold down the foot/lift plate and use it to move bulkier items like say a large/long heavy box gives you added capability, and it makes storage more compact in your garage space. The greatest aspect however is the ability to put things tilted back, with the support of the rear wheel assembly is a real back and body saver! I can now easily move things around by myself which typically you'd want a second hand to assist. Added bonus is that you pause or leave the load in place while you do something else, like move something out of the way, or adjust the space you're placing the load. So far, I have not maxed out the load limit (800 lbs 2-wheel/1000 lbs 4-wheel), but so far nothing has been a problem. I've seen complaints about the handles bending, but I suspect that's due to misuse, overloading, or a result of trying to move things which are pretty heavy across unstable ground, like a rough yard or downstairs. I've not encountered that situation as yet.
