Continental SportContact 6 OVERVIEW The Continental SportContact 6 (AO) is a high performance, summer tire manufactured for passenger vehicles and SUVs. This model is the original equipment tire of select Audi vehicles.The tire provides excellent summer weather traction. The model combines the asymmetric ribbed pattern and the Black Chilli compound to boost the dry and wet weather road gripping ability. The Micro Flexibility compound and the Black Chilli extract maintain the tire's heat resistance in high heat summer temperatures. The optimized asymmetric footprint increases the grip on the road during the vehicle's performance. The tread design's circumferential grooves prevent hydroplaning. These grooves channel water from below the footprint, further increasing the wet weather driving safety levels.The model was designed for high speed performance. The tire combines the Black Chilli compound and the Aralon350 construction enable the tire to safely perform at its best high speed ability. The compound prevents heat build-up along the tread area during the high speed drive, while also optimizing the accelerating capability.
