I screwed up and ordered the wrong size, totally my mistake. I reached out to the company because I didn't want a refund I wanted an exchange. They were FANTASTIC!! I received the right size in a matter of days. The leash itself works amazing. I love that it has the self guide retraction so it doesn't get stuck. The break works great. I LOVE the reflector strips in the leash. It does fit very comfortably in my hand and it's light yet very sturdy. I will be only using Mighty Paw products from now on!!
