Its pore size limits the penetration of wound creams and ointments to your secondary dressing. With no adhesive, this gauze enables trauma-free and painless removal. Its petroleum jelly coating forms a hydrophilic layer that allows the removal of secondary dressings without granulation bed injury. This Vaseline gauze dressing measures 3 in W x 9 in L and contours to the shape of your body. It comprises a fine mesh material that you can easily cut to size. Packed in easy-to-peel foil packs, this sterile dressing allows for aseptic wound management. Its lint-free design avoids adhesion and promotes healing.
