Somehow an entire cup worth of fresh produce fiber is contained in one serving, which is a great addition to my diet. I think this contains a perfect amount of caffeine, not too much and not too little. I would suggest using either a Kenko bottle or a protein shaker bottle because when I first tried using a spoon and glass, it was not fully mixing.

I wasn't sure what to expect when first tried these but I was pleasantly surprised. The taste is creamy and full of flavor. Definitely suggest using a whole milk. I was a little thrown off by the banana ingredient I purposely chose the flavor without bananas! But I definitely will buy this again.

This product is amazing and tastes great! It is so easy to make and tastes just like the products you'd buy in stores. I love how the ingredients are listed out and that the ingredients are natural. There's no weird aftertaste. I love that there's on 9g of sugar and only 70 calories alone. I will definitely buy again.
