This works out really well for my purpose. I bought this to use both on our boat and lakeside. I like that it uses water to rinse out the bowl after use. I did not buy deodorant and I have it closed in a building down by the lake and there is no smell at all. The only thing I would improve would be to make the connection of the lid a little more sturdier. Very pleased!
