Great Value Boneless Skinless Diced Chicken Breast, 2 lb (Frozen)

This is the easiest thing possible for making dishes using chicken pieces! I first used it for chicken salad (my family’s favorite Rice a Roni Chicken salad with artichoke hearts, green and black sliced olives , and chopped green onions with a Mayo sauce) and loved not having to skin and cut up chicken prior to boiling it! It was so easy that I next made a stir fry with broccoli and sliced frozen peppers and onions (also from WalMart) with a sweet and sour sauce that came from a jar and served it over rice. Then this week I used it in a cream sauce with sun-dried tomatoes topping it with fresh spinach that wilted in the sauce. This chicken makes cooking dinners so easy and fast.

There is nothing crunchy about them. They are chicken pieces. My preparation included seasoning with my special spices. Like Turmeric %26 Garlic Powder. I didn't serve them at parties. I placed them in the oven with extra virgin olive oil %26 my seasonings and cooked about an hour. Tender %26 Moist. Then with the remaining pieces I made my homemade chicken veggie soup.
