It was delivered much later than expected, but turned out to be a very pretty ring.

The ring is beautiful. I purchased it to have it re-set with a diamond that belonged to my grandmother. It looks great, but it took a very long time to arrive - I received it twenty days after I placed my order. This was much longer than what had been specified. Customer service initially said that it had gotten caught up in the Black Friday rush, even though I had ordered it four days before Thanksgiving to avoid all of that. I received an email at that time telling me there were quality inspection issues, though this only happened after I made first contact. It was finally sent after I contacted customer support again for the second time to ask where it was. It is very sparkly and I'm very happy with it now. I just wish my experience in it being delivered to me had been nicer, and that I hadn't had to initiate contact more than once to have it mailed out to me.
