Overall the taste is good but it can be a little on the sweet side. I compensate by using a little extra water and use one turn of salt from a salt grinder with the pink salt - that seems to cut the sweetness.

This oatmeal is really good! I use SoDelicious coconut milk and a pinch of salt to balance the flavors and sweetness and WOW. Some of my orders are 8 boxes of just the oatmeal--8 boxes in order to qualify for free shipping! Yum!
