Great anecdotes on how to make events memorable

This is a very interesting non-fiction book about how memories can be made more effective to mark important events or encourage favorable memories. I liked the popsicle hotline story that makes one hotel really stand out and the example of what the John Deere Company does for new employees on their first day to really make them feel part of the company.
