Good value, sturdy. Recommend painting interior

House is sturdy enough to put in a sheltered area. Don't know if it would hold up to full weather exposure. Very solid after it was assembled. I like that the floors both slide out for maintenance. The wood did have a strong smell and looked like interior might not be that easy to clean. I primed and painted the interior with a low VOC Paint which got rid of the smell and gave it a smoother finish.

I really loved the home, and the instructions seemed simple. The item was not correctly built, and they continued trying to convince me to retain it. I couldn't put it together since the holes for dowels were missing. It took six emails to get it correct.
