This is a quality box grater and is made very well. Not only is it stainless steel which is sturdy and durable but also has a lifetime warranty. The 4 sides makes it versatile and usable for many vegetables and cheese and makes easy work of zesting lemons. The grater measures 9.50" (H) 6.25" (L) 5.25" (W), has a comfortable handle to make it easier to hold when in use and is dishwasher safe. This grater will do a lot of the work you might normally do with a food processor and is a lot easier to store and clean. It has a removable rubber bottom that I really appreciated as it kept the grater from slipping on my countertop and prevents your food from falling out the bottom of the grater. It is also dishwasher safe and I would suggest you remove bottom and let dry thoroughly after washing. I have made cole slaw, sliced cucumbers, zested lemons and zucchini and all processed easily. I know I am going to get a lot of use out of this and look forward to using it even more. If you are new to using a grater please go slow and be careful not to get your fingers too close. A couple of tips I have learned over the years is to wear cutting gloves or purchase a grater hand guard. I have a friend that uses a thimble on her thumb, index and middle fingers. Seemed kind of funny to me but it works for her so may be work trying as definitely easier to store thimbles than the hand guard. This is a nice addition to your kitchen tools and I do recommend.
