Warranty information
LIMITED WARRANTY: The W. L. Jenkins Company warrants its products to be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from date of shipment. Liability under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement without charge, at The W. L. Jenkins Company option, of any defective product or part thereof for the original user only, and only if the defective product or part is returned to The W. L. Jenkins Company at 1445 Whipple Avenue S.W., Canton, Ohio 44710-1321. The liability of The W. L. Jenkins Company to the purchaser arising out of the supply or use of the products or component parts, whether based upon warranty, contract negligence, or otherwise shall not, in any case, exceed the amount paid by the purchaser in repairing or replacing the non-conforming products or component parts. Upon expiration of the warranty period all liability of the seller shall terminate. The foregoing warranty is in lieu of all other express warranties, all implied warranties, including description, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose, and is limited to the term of this written warranty. In no event shall The W. L. Jenkins Company be liable for any injury, loss, or damages, direct or consequential, arising out of the use, misuse, failure to use, or inability to use the product.
