I ordered these hard drives for a backup computer I was installing, but they lasted less than 6 months before they died. Luckily, I didn't lose any data. They seemed to work great when I got them, but now they click and make all sorts of awful noises when starting up and they are not recognized by any computer I have. I took them out of my computer today to check them out, and I noticed the manufacturer sticker says they were manufactured in Januaryt 2015, even though they were supposed to be new. That explains it. Do not buy these drives.
