Missing Foot Pad

Assemble takes a bit, so be patient. More importantly, one of our stools came without an adjustable foot pad on one of the legs so the stool does not sit evenly. I have reached out to the email twice on the instructions and there has been no response. Now I am having to debate returning the stools. They cost too much money for that to be okay.
