Only thing that helped my bursitis!

I had painful bursitis in both shoulders, limiting my range of motion. Tried Advil, steroids, CDB lotion. Then I bought this for skin and nails and after 10 days of using it daily, I realized my shoulders were less painful. Another week, no pain and range of motion has increased significantly. I can sleep through the night without my shoulders waking me up. Highly recommend. I put in in my hot tea in the morning and absolutely no taste, just thickens it slightly.

Checks all the boxes

I have shopped around and this brand of collagen checks all the boxes. It has 19 amino acids, is hydrolyzed, uses a hormone free, pasture raised bovine source, dissolves well. I just wish the bag had velcro type closure that I have seen on other bags containing powders. After awhile the powder tends to clog up the zip lock type of closure.

Good Product!

The package arrived quickly and in good condition. I do have Prime. I mainly bought this because of joint health. I do work out almost every day. I simply mix this product with a glass of milk and l cannot taste it. I do not have joint pain after using this and the extra skin and hair benefits is a bonus. My hair is growing fast and seems to be in the best condition, very strong. Double win for me! Give it a couple of months to really start working. I will continue to buy this!
