Initially I gave this one star because I couldn't figure out how they worked. Then I kept looking online and when I put them in the water they lit up. Really pretty!I still cannot open the back of them. I am giving 5 stars for how they look in the water but 1 star for no directions or being able to open back for the battery even though it says open and close.
