After losing weight, the skin on my upper arms has not bounced back; the elasticity is lacking and it's loose and saggy. I bought this and have been really happy with the results. Not a miracle cream, but definitely smoother and firmer looking ... so maybe with continued workouts, my arms will look better. Downside: it's hard to find in stores.
