Pleasantly surprised! This was delivered in great condition. Packaging was solid - nothing was broken - and no waste. Set up by myself without any trouble. So far, it is holding pantry items (which can be heavy) and I see no sagging/bending. Looks smart too with the black shelf liners I also purchased from Walmart. My only issue (which I worked around) is the safety wall anchor system - I cannot attach it to the wall directly because I have a baseboard.
