My husband is very excited about this new meatloaf pan. He is not the cook, but he often helps with clean-up. My previous pan was similar to this, but it was not ideal. This pan will allow for easy removal of the insert and the meatloaf, keeping the dinner from soaking up grease. Now, there's even more excitement for the next meatloaf night!

Clever Design
I love this pan. It drains some of the meatloaf grease depending on how much grease is in the ground beef. I use an 85/15 ratio for moistness and flavor and remove the meatloaf from the oven about halfway through cooking and easily drain it and return it to cooking the rest of the way. I like the fact that the pan insert holds the meatloaf up out of the grease and it still is moist and flavorful.
