Bought this for work. We only ship once in a while but since buying it, we have used it to weigh items that are very small and others that are very heavy. It gives pound and ounces. This scale has a nice large platform, but has the ability to weigh items small and very light. It is nice in appearance and fits perfectly in the office by the desk, taking up the space of a chair. Now that we have it, everyone uses it. I did not realize how often we actually do ship out. It is perfect for the different sizes and weights. I highly recommend.
