Too small, no elastic hem to hold it in place

Too small, it's more like a child's size, not an adult's size. The fleece is thin, but the thread is very tight so I think it would work well with a helmet for cycling, and keep you warm enough if the temperatures are not too low. However, there is no stretching or elastic hem to keep it in place whatsoever, so it does not cover anything except for the top of your head (your ears and forehead are exposed) and yes, it WILL fall off at the slightest breeze, rendering it entirely useless for its purpose.
