Disappointed

I was excited when I made this purchase. However, when I tried to use it, there is no heat that is felt with this lap blanket. I tried multiple USB outlets, non of them worked. Maybe I received a bad blanket but then I tried the other, because I purchased two, and same results as the other. Sadly I had to end up returning them.
