This baffle stops your thieving critters

There were no instructions, but it was pretty obvious what to do with the parts. The pole clamp works well to support the baffle. Short tie wraps were suppled to attach the baffle ends together, but doing so would have been tricky and required another set of hands. Instead, I used pieces of stiff wire bent into U-shapes and then twisted the ends together. This baffles does a good job stopping squirrels and rats.

for the application I am using them for, they had to be trimmed to fit around the tree. Easy to trim and easy to close and hook around the tree. They seem to work fine, except the darn squirrels found another way around them. The could be somewhat bigger. And it helps tremendously if you open them and lay them flat the night before with a board or weight on them. satisfied with the product. Not difficult to position and easy to put a screw through them to hold them in place on the tree.
