This thermal shirt was a Medium Women's and it is white with black flecks on it. It is medium weight and definitely meant to be worn as thermals - because it is see-through. You would have to wear a tank or cami under it if you wanted to just wear it as a shirt with a pair of jeans or pants. It has the thumb-hole feature at the wrist. The back is a little longer than the front. It was definitely a little softer after I washed it. I would say the quality is what I have come to expect from this brand and I have another color in this same style. I would purchase again. The thermals are comfortable for layering or lounging and seem to be true to size - I am 5'4” 133 pounds and Mediums fit me.
