Dr. Sanchez-Rivera was born and raised in Coamo, Puerto Rico, a small town in the south-central portion of the island. He is the eldest of two brothers and the proud son of successful public-school teachers. Through his life, God has been a primordial component of everything he and his family does. He completed his medical degree and Pediatric training in Puerto Rico. Eventually God brought him to Camden, NJ where he completed his post-graduate training in Pediatric Critical Care. Along the way, God provided a wonderful ideal companion through his lovely wife Aixa, with whom he had two children, Efrain Abdiel and Ainesis Marie. Being a God's servant and an ordained minister, Dr. Sanchez has served in multiple roles in the church of God, depending of its needs. He currently lives in Florence, SC with his lovely family where he works in healthcare and serves at Compassion Church of Florence, SC.
