It was a simple product that provided a better ability to adjust per the monitor holes. My monitor was unique (at least to my knowing) where I had to go to Home Depot and get the screws that are about as long as what the adapter plates came with as they were a bit to wide. From there, I put it all together and it works great with the mount stand I also bought from Walmart. Looks great!
