  • The Siete Story: In 2009, all seven (siete) members of the Garza family began exercising together and adopted a grain free diet to support Veronica, their sister and daughter, who was diagnosed with multiple health conditions. Going grain free meant that this third-generation Mexican-American family from South Texas could no longer eat many of their favorite foods. So, Veronica began to create grain free dishes her whole family could enjoy. When their Grandma Campos said that Veronica's first creation, a grain free almond flour tortilla, tasted better than her own homemade flour tortillas, the family realized they had something special. In 2014, with their grandma's stamp of approval Siete was born.

I wanted to try the different favor chips that were not available at the store. I do love the churros chips the best. These are one of the few chips that don't spike my blood glucose, keto friendly, and gluten free. Will buy again. I do wish they were a little less expensive.

I don't think we ever don't have Siete chips in our pantry. They are a staple. Have you looked into recyclable or compostable packaging? If you check out Mudwtr, they have both. I realize they sell a different type of product, but it'd make an awesome product (the chips) even more awesome if you could. Thanks.
