Poor shipping process.

The company shipped 2 pitchers in a mylar plastic bag rather than a box. Because of that and the abuse that occurs during shipment, one of the lids has a large chip out of it. I would think any company would know to not ships items in a bag rather than a box that are at risk of breaking. The plastic is a hard, brittle plastic as opposed to a more porous-type and durable plastic.
