Good fan for the money. The only 2 things I do not like is that the motor does make a low hum sound. If you choose to notice it, it may bother you. My husband swears it didnt make the sound the first day and now it is day 2 making the sound. It is not loud but I would say this isn't a whisper quiet fan. The second thing is that there are two 8w bulbs in the fixture so when the light is on you see the two bulbs lighting up the dome vs an even glow such as a led fixture would provide. That being said it is a good fan on a budget. It has a remote to cobtrol the three speeds/power and the light on and off. It certainly has cooled the room nicely and that is what we needed more than anything!

The fan part works great and looks nice. The light kit is very dim for being on a 52" fan for a large room. I considered trying to replace the two LED bulbs with higher output bulbs, but there's only room for the small-format bulbs, so it's very difficult to find brighter bulbs within the size constraints. This fan should have a light kit with a minimum of 3 bulbs, or even better, a bright 360° LED array. Very disappointed in the light portion. (Yes, I've made sure it's at the maximum brightness setting)
