Lovely, luxurious, homey, super thick

Lovely, lovely carpet for our front hall, right at our front door. Also bought two matching hall runners, 10' and 6'. Color/pattern of all three is a perfect match. We love the look. It brings a total sense of hominess to our older post and beam home. But a huge surprise was the fact that even when not looking at them, we're loving these rugs. It's a total sensory experience walking on them. They are super thick and give a cushy, springy feel to your step when they are underfoot.

I love the Design of this rug, and the thickness. This particular rug, however, came with a very moldy/musty smell and the colors are very faded and dull. I ordered another 4x6 as a replacement and had the exact same issues. I bought several other rugs of this exact same pattern, and 2'3" x 10 runner came with the exact same moldy/musty smell and faded/dingy colors. The other 4 rugs are beautiful and rich in their colors. They all do shed alot. We've had them for over a month now and still the vacuum fills up with the wool fibers.
