National Masaledar Bombay Biryani Recipe Mix is a perfect combination for spicy Bombay style rice with meat and potatoes, specially made by a panel of experts, using aromatic spices and the finest ingredients in exactly the right measure. It will enable you to cook meal with ease.

Ingredients:

1.Salt

2.Red & Green Chilli

3.Dried Plum

4.Cumin Seed

5.Coriander & Cinnamon

6.Citric Acid & Monosodium Glutamate

7.Black Pepper

8.Cardamom & Turmeric

9.Bay Leaf & Clove

10.Mace & Nutmeg

Steps of Cooking:

1.Heat oil, fry onions till light brown. Add meat, ginger, garlic, tomatoes, yogurt and National Masaledar Bombay Biryani Recipe Mix and cook on low heat for 10-15 min.

2.Add 4-5 cups of water if using beef or mutton. When the meat is half done, add potatoes and cook on low heat until tender.

3.Add green chillies when the oil separates from masala and remove from heat.

4.In a separate pan, take 12 glasses of water, 3 tbsp of National Salt and boil the rice until 3/4 done.

5.Make a layer of half the rice, add the layer of meat and cover with second layer of rice (sprinkle zarda colour as per need). Simmer the rice for 5 min. on high flame, then 10 min. on low flame.

6.Delicious Masaledar Bombay Biryani is ready. Serve with raita and salad.
