Broken part due to packaging.
The second hand was severely bent, when I opened the package. The very flimsy and small plastic container was crushed inside the foam stuffed envelope. I'm sure this is why it was damaged. I straightened the second hand but it doesn't go around the clock causing the clock not to work. I know it wasn't expensive however I would appreciate a new undamaged part. Thank you.
